No business migration
Pair the account you already use instead of moving it into a new business setup.
Pair a WhatsApp account through Linked Devices and start testing API-driven workflows without completing Meta Business Platform onboarding.
Faster setup—with an explicit trade-off: this is not the official Meta Cloud API.Pair the account you already use instead of moving it into a new business setup.
An authorized workspace user can establish the session from the phone.
Linked-device access has different reliability, support and enforcement characteristics.
ChatRail does not bypass or automate Meta Business approval. It uses WhatsApp’s Linked Devices mechanism, which is a different technical route from the official Cloud API. You remain responsible for recipient consent, message content and compliance with WhatsApp’s terms and applicable law.
You need a working WhatsApp account, access to the phone that owns it, an authorized ChatRail workspace and a server-side application capable of making HTTPS requests. Production use also needs a webhook endpoint, monitoring and a reconnection owner.
The shorter onboarding path does not remove platform risk. Linked sessions can expire or disconnect, WhatsApp can restrict accounts, and there is no guarantee equivalent to an official platform contract. ChatRail reduces operational work with health state, bounded retries and re-pairing flows; it cannot eliminate upstream enforcement.
Begin with one opted-in test number. Validate message content and frequency, test disconnection behavior, document who can pair the account and increase volume gradually. Avoid cold outreach, scraped contacts and regulated or prohibited content.
No. It provides an API over a linked-device session; WhatsApp policies and account enforcement still apply.
ChatRail is designed for operational, consent-based messaging—not unsolicited bulk outreach.
No. Many teams should prefer the official API; the right choice depends on onboarding, risk and reliability needs.
